Automotive Deal Clerk- NEW KIA Dealership- ICL Autos

Department: ACCOUNTING
Location: Danvers, MA

KIA North, An International Cars, Ltd., Inc. Company, is seeking a Full Time Deal Clerk. The principal function of the Deal Clerk is to ensure the accurate processing of all customer sales transactions and its related paperwork. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Finalize retail and lease deals by reviewing and verifying all transaction documents; ensuring accuracy and complete information. Responsible for successful posting of deals
  • Manage the daily posting of contracts in transit payments and sending updates
  • Post new car swaps & wholesale deals
  • Process check requests
  • Post all internal repair orders
  • Reconcile and post monthly reserve statements
  • Handle special clerical and accounting projects as instructed by the Accounting Manager.
  • Reconcile accounts and clean schedules monthly as directed by the Accounting Manager
  • Maintain knowledge of basic dealership information to act as a resource
  • Occasional covering of cashier as directed by the Team Leader and Accounting Manager
  • Assist in completion of annual review/audit
  • CVR experience is a plus

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer focus and friendly attitude
  • Flexible schedule to cover store hours
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a motor vehicle record acceptable to ICL Insurance Company requirements
  • Pre-employment background check and drug screening required
